To blend or not to blend?
You can absolutely make a smoothie rather than a juice, especially if you have an awesome high-powered blender like a Vita-mix. Why juice? Juicing makes nutrients more readily available and allows nutrients to go straight to work boosting your body and mind. Blending offers more fiber (also important to keep you regular) which requires more digestion time. There are benefits to both!
Raw wellness juices can boost health and happiness, and using natural ways to promote mental health and fight depression is a great start; however, if you need assistance beyond natural remedies, please seek help. There are many wonderful resources and facilities to assist. If you are uncertain about seeking help or seeing a psychiatrist, this article is a great resource.
Cheers to keeping your body and mind healthy and feeling your absolute best!
